Low Cost Spay & Neuter Program:
Thank you for your interest in the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League low cost spay and neuter clinic! Our staff works hard to spay and neuter an average of 30 cats and dogs every weekday. The League has spayed and neutered more than 135,000 cats and dogs since we opened our clinic in 1973.
The League provides low cost spaying and neutering of cats and dogs for Palm Beach County residents with a limited income in an effort to reduce pet overpopulation in our community. Every year an estimated 4 to 6 million cats and dogs are euthanized in the United States simply because there are not enough homes. This is known as the Pet Overpopulation Problem.
In Palm Beach County last year 10,000 pets were placed into loving homes, unfortunately, 20,000 were not. Our goal is to help bring the numbers into balance, so that every adoptable pet can be placed in a loving home for life.
The fee for spay and neuter surgeries for cats is $25.00 ,dogs is $100.00 and large dogs over 90 pounds is $200.00.
